Riding for LRA Moto team on a YCF Daytona 190
Why pit bike or minibike racing?
Pitbikesonic AKA Jamie King
YouTuber and Pitbike racer at FAB-Racing and British Mini Bikes
I have been racing minibikes since 2014 and have become the FAB-Racing Pit Bike 140 Champion four times (2017, 2019, 2020, and 2024). This journey has allowed me to be part of a bigger racing scene and has put me in a strong position to continue developing as a rider.
Community with competition
Pitbike and minibike racing have been a huge part of my life for many years, taking me all around the UK and across Europe. Both on and off the track, I have made lifelong memories and friendships. It’s great to be part of a growing sport and to help push new riders to improve, keeping the competition strong and exciting.
An affordable option for motorcycle racing
Motorsport is never cheap, but minibike racing is one of the most affordable ways to get involved. I would recommend it to anyone who has thought about giving it a go — whether you’re racing just for fun or aiming to follow in my footsteps and become a champion. Load up the van, get to a track, and enjoy the experience.
And don’t forget to give LRA Moto a shout for help, advice, and even test days.
